The department was established in 1992 as a graduating department by directions: "State and Municipal Management", "Management". In 2017 a joint department of "Public Administration and Law" was formed which included teachers of two departments.
At present, the Department of Public Administration and Law is a structural unit of the Faculty of Economics and Management.
In the department Doctors and Candidates of Sciences work. A major part of teachers and managers of educational programs of the department are highly qualified specialists-practitioners who have experience working in government and local government.
I would like to tell you about the Department of Public Administration and Law which is part of the Economics and Management Faculty.
The Chair of Public Administration and Law cooperates with leading experts in the area of state management. For example, Vladimir Lisichkin is a Russian scientist-economist, politician, doctor of economic sciences, professor, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is currently Chairman of the Expert Council on topical socio-economic and scientific-technical problems of the Federal Assembly. The chair is headed by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Alexandra Vladimirovna Gridchina. She is a current member of the Expert Council on Actual Socio-Economic and Scientific-Technical Problems of the State Duma.
At our Chair a lot of interesting and important things are studied for everyone. For example, the fiscal code, correct documentation and rules of business correspondence, labor law, basic programming.
After entering our department, it is possible to settle down not only on municipal service, but also on the state.
