🌍✨ The Language of Inclusion Training Course în Sicily 🇮🇹

Last October, 3 youth workers from Romania participated in the Training Course "The Language of Inclusion in Sicily, Italy, a 6-day international learning experience dedicated to strengthening inclusion in youth work. 🇪🇺

Together with participants from 9 countries, they explored how communication, facilitation skills and digital accessibility can create safer and more inclusive learning spaces for young people. 🌟 Through non-formal education methods, reflection sessions, practical exercises and intercultural dialogue, they deepened their understanding of diversity and inclusive practices. 💚

Beyond the workshops, this training was about connection, building a stronger European network of youth workers committed to promoting inclusion, celebrating multiculturality and ensuring that every young person feels seen, heard and valued. 🤍

We are proud of our youth workers for investing in their professional growth and for bringing back new tools, perspectives and energy to their local communities. ❤️

Because inclusion is not just a concept, it is a language we continuously learn to speak better. 🫶
