If you’ve ever wondered what a coffee roaster’s day looks like, here’s a glimpse.
Călin is one of the people behind our Exceptional Series coffees. From sourcing and roasting to cupping, he’s part of every step that shapes what’s in your cup.
Today, we’re following him through the first part of his day: arriving at the roastery, brewing his first coffee, and gathering around the cupping table. Beyond his passion for coffee, Călin is the one keeping the roastery smiling with his endless jokes and good energy.

Cluj people, this Sunday, we’re taking the coffee out of the city!
We’ll be at Ferma Steluța with freshly roasted coffee, pastries from Meron Bakery, and everything a slow summer Sunday should feel like.
Come for specialty coffee and artisanal pastries, pick your own cherries, stretch out in a hammock, let the kids run free, and from 12 PM, dance between the trees to Vali Bărbulescu.
Feeling active? Join the 5K run at 9:30 AM with Hot Girl Run Club and The Social Mile Club, we’ll have your coffee waiting at the finish line.

Yesterday at CREIC, we were proud to be part of the UAD Graduation Exhibition 2026, serving specialty coffee among the next generation of artists.
Art takes many forms, right?
What about a partnership between UAD and specialty coffee?
Before the show, we had the privilege of serving specialty coffee and artisanal pastries from Meron Bakery at a private gathering for the university's rectors. Later, our coffee van became part of the event, while the pieces we created together with Robasan Studio were exhibited at our stand.
A beautiful meeting point between art, design, craftsmanship, and coffee culture.
