Ovidiu Hrin - Calligraphy Artist

Cred că a fost acum un an și jumătate pe când împachetam cu atenție piesa aceasta originală pentru a fi livrată la bunic. De ce la bunic? Pentru simplul fapt că recipientul final încă nu știa ce i se pregătește... și pentru că el avea încă vârsta de doi ani.

În munca la această piesă am fost foarte motivat nu neapărat de subiect - care a fost să fie și unul dintre poemele mele favorite (IF - a lui Rudyard Kipling) - ci de gestul în sine. Un bunic care vrea să-i ofere nepoțelului o ‘voce’ care să-i supraviețuiască limitei firești impuse de viață. Acest lucru a reușit să mă pună în postura (unică până în momentul de față) de a fi un partener al acestei moșteniri.

Deoarece în cazul de față clientul meu era încă un omuleț căruia i se pregătea o prezență pentru a-i fi agățată în camera lui, cu care să crească zi de zi, presiunea resimțită de mine a fost una foarte mare (dacă nu cea mai mare de până în acel moment).

M-am lăsat așadar umplut de acest melange de sentimente frumoase și am ales tipul de scriere, formatul și compoziția în așa fel încât să supraviețuiască diferitelor etape ale creșterii unui om(uleț) care vede acest lucru zilnic... Și, poate - dece nu? - chiar să înceapă să o și citească la un moment dat.

M-am bucurat tare mult să fac parte dintr-un asemenea plan. :)

Today’s morning meditation took me entirely by surprise when, without searching for it, thou it appeared - word by word, this succession of words have taken a hold over me, as if written somewhere beyond me. As if I was only the hand that let this profound message reveal itself.

I share it as it came, in German, without explanation, without refinement - just as it is. It belongs to the world now.

Nothing is nowhere.
Why do we hurt ourselves? Why can’t we understand ourselves? What do we need more than what we have hidden within? Conflict is an Exile from ourselves. What do we ultimately gain from it? Why do we not liberate ourselves from ourselves? May we become to realize this, all the World will become a reflection of our self-friendship. Can we not then say that the light of the world arises within ourselves?.”
