[🇷🇴] Engi EggHunt

În data de 19 aprilie, alături de EngiNeerds NextGen, am desfășurat o activitate dedicată copiilor,menită să le stimuleze creativitatea și implicarea, într-o atmosferă inspirată de spiritul sărbătorilor pascale.🐣

Pentru a le oferi o experiență cât mai apropiată de cea din cadrul meciurilor, i-am împărțit în Blue Alliance și Red Alliance. Copiii au avut de găsit litere ascunse pentru a forma cuvintele „FIRST” și „Nație”, activitate care a pus accent pe lucrul în echipă, atenție și spirit competitiv.

De asemenea au avut ocazia să descopere laboratorul nostru și mediul în care ne desfășurăm activitatea, iar momentul cel mai așteptat a fost atelierul LEGO, unde au construit cu mult entuziasm. Ziua a fost completată de un Kahoot interactiv, care le-a testat atenția.🔧

Am încheiat activitatea într-o atmosferă caldă, cu zâmbete și îmbrățișări, iar fiecare copil a plecat acasă cu mici atenții din partea noastră și cu amintiri frumoase.💗

[🇺🇸] Engi EggHunt

On April 19th, alongside EngiNeerds NextGen, we organized an activity for children focused on creativity and involvement, in an atmosphere inspired by the Easter season.🐣

To bring them closer to the experience we have during matches, we divided them into Blue Alliance and Red Alliance. The children searched for hidden letters to form the words “FIRST” and “Nație”, an activity that encouraged teamwork, focus, and a competitive mindset.

They also had the opportunity to visit our laboratory and see where we work, and the main attraction of the day was the LEGO workshop, where they built with great enthusiasm. The program ended with an interactive Kahoot that tested their attention.🔧

We wrapped up the day in a warm atmosphere, with smiles and hugs, and each child went home with small treats from us and good memories.💗

[🇷🇴] Vizita SCADT la Zilele Porților Deschise

În timpul „Zilelor Porților Deschise”, nu doar că am împărtășit pasiunea pentru robotică și tehnologie cu viitorii membri, dar am avut și onoarea de a primi vizita reprezentanților SCADT, o companie care ne susține de ceva timp și care își dorește să continue colaborarea cu echipele noastre în viitor.

Această întâlnire a fost o oportunitate valoroasă de a prezenta proiectele și performanțele noastre, dar și de a consolida relațiile care sprijină dezvoltarea continuă a EngiNeerds și EngiNeerds NextGen.

Suntem recunoscători echipei SCADT pentru interesul și încurajarea oferite, cm numai împreună continuăm să creștem și să atingem noi standarde în robotică. 🩵

[🇺🇸] SCADT Visits Our Open Days

During our Open Days, we not only shared our passion for robotics and technology with future team members, but we also had the honor of welcoming representatives from SCADT, a company that has been supporting us for some time and is eager to continue collaborating with our teams in the future.

This visit was a valuable opportunity to showcase our projects and achievements, and to strengthen the relationships that support the ongoing growth of EngiNeerds and EngiNeerds NextGen.

We are grateful to the team at SCADT for their interest and encouragement, as only together we continue to grow and set new standards in robotics. 🩵

[🇷🇴] Expanding the STEM Network with Toumazis Toumazi 🌍🇨🇾

Am avut onoarea de a-l avea alături de noi pe Toumazis Toumazi, Project Officer în cadrul Cyprus Computer Society, dar și expert invitat în cadrul acreditării Erasmus+ în domeniul Educației Adulților (2025-1-RO01-KA121-ADU-000332446), derulată de STEM4RO Association.

Prin activitatea sa, contribuie la coordonarea proiectelor europene și la dezvoltarea inițiativelor educaționale din domeniul tehnologiei, fiind implicat inclusiv în organizarea competiției FIRST LEGO League Cyprus 2026.

Întâlnirea a fost o oportunitate valoroasă de a conecta experiențe din două comunități diferite, dar unite prin aceeași direcție: educația STEM și dezvoltarea tinerilor prin tehnologie. Am prezentat parcursul echipelor noastre în FIRST Tech Challenge, performanțele obținute pe teren, dar și proiectele dezvoltate în afara competiției, prin care contribuim activ la creșterea comunității.

În același timp, am descoperit perspective noi asupra modului în care sunt gestionate inițiativele educaționale și proiectele internaționale, într-un schimb de idei care a pus accent pe colaborare, dezvoltare și impact real.

A fost o întâlnire care confirmă faptul că facem parte dintr-o comunitate globală, în continuă evoluție, și care ne motivează să ducem mai departe standardele pe care ni le-am setat. 🌍

[🇺🇸] Expanding the STEM Network with Toumazis Toumazi 🌍

We had the honor of welcoming Toumazis Toumazi, Project Officer at the Cyprus Computer Society, as well as an invited expert within the Erasmus+ Accreditation in the field of Adult Education (2025-1-RO01-KA121-ADU-000332446) held by the STEM4RO Association.

Through his work, he contributes to coordinating European projects and developing educational initiatives in technology, including being involved in organizing FIRST LEGO League Cyprus 2026.

The meeting was a valuable opportunity to connect experiences from different communities, united by the same goal: advancing STEM education and empowering young people through technology. We presented our journey in FIRST Tech Challenge, our on-field performance, and the initiatives we developed beyond competition to actively grow our community.

At the same time, we gained new perspectives on how educational initiatives and international projects are structured, in a discussion focused on collaboration, development, and real impact.

It was a meeting that reinforces our place in a constantly evolving global community and motivates us to keep pushing forward. 🌍
