JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for an AIRFREIGHT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ex*****on and control over the air freight forwarding operational services of the company
Able to provide solutions best fulfilling customers` needs
Communicates actively with all parties involved in the logistics process: customers, service providers – air carriers, airline GSA, agents and partners, customs brokers, other company divisions
Ensures timely delivery of high quality services in accordance with company standards and objectives
Issue specific documents like: AWB, manifest, arrival notice, proof of delivery etc
Prepare and follow up the files for each transport according to the company’s procedures.
Monitors competitiveness of the company`s air services and customer satisfaction

Skills :

Minimum 2-5 years in a forwarding company
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Numeracy and computer literacy ,MS Office proficiency
Organizational and planning skills;
Problem-solving ability, particularly when working under pressure;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Adaptability, excellent team player;
IATA Cargo Introductory Course or DGR is a plus

As all the logistics of the Tianjin seaport area is affected, because most of the buildings have been seriously damaged in the explosions, the port terminal, warehouses, customs authorities have temporarily suspended operations.

Due to the fact that all import and export shipments are severely affected, please inform your customers to expect delays if they had any cargo to/from this area.
If you intend to handle any shipments to/from Tianjin our recommendations are either to change the POD into Qingdao or Dalian or to arrange shipments by air to TSN or PEK Airports that are working normally.
