We're posting this hoping to provide at least as much value to the community as we're extracting. To quickly establish the context, this is a hiring-related post on the lookout for a Content Writer with a diverse set of skills.

But firstly, we will introduce ourselves. We're OptiOffer, a SaaS that plans, and probably will run the B2B sales world.

Since fundamentals are important, we are looking for someone who wants to work in a start-up that is going to quickly move toward a scale-up. Someone that is willing to work independently and can discover new paths to develop. In the end, achieving both the company's goals, as much as the ones he will set for himself and for the team.

Obviously, besides the salary which is between 800 and 1200 euros/m in the beginning (we're pre-seed — if you know what that is, you are probably close to a good fit), Employee stock options are offered.

More details will be provided in the following phases. The only catch is that we want our new colleagues to work WITH THE FOUNDING TEAM from our office, so he either needs to be in Oradea, or to move here :)

Why? Well, because he will have to manage a larger team soon, and he needs to know everything that moves at higher levels.
