Prenatal yoga is one of the best and gentle ways to stay active during pregnancy. It offers both: physical and mental benefits. Prenatal yoga focuses on gentle stretching, strengthening, mental centering, developing better awareness of your breathing.
Benefits:
-Lower risk of having pregnancy complications
-Can be done any trimester and for any level
-Helping you to stay calm and focused
-Gaining strength and getting more mobility
-Develops stamina
-Better sleep quality
-Eases nausea and body pain

-Great preparation for natural birth as your body and mind will be fit for delivery

You should not do yoga if you have:
- Desease/inflammation of internal organs in the acute phase
-Canserous formations
-Infectious diseases of the musculoskeletal system of the joints (arthritis)
-Spine injury: joints of pelvic, craniocerebral traumas
-If you had surgery not long time ago ( unless you fully recover)
-Bleeding associated with erosion of the cervix,cyst, myoma, low location of placenta. But if above issues do not give you bleeding, you can start yoga after consultation with your Doctor
-Symphisite ( can still practice except positions which gives you discomfort)
-Cardiovascular system disease and increased intracranial pressure.
