We were proud to host and sponsor the Women In Tech Cluj event: “From Adoption to Innovation: AI’s Journey in Academia and Industry.” A huge thank you to Women in Tech Cluj Women in Tech Cluj , our panelists, and everyone who joined the conversation.

Panelists explored how AI moves from early adoption to real-world innovation—covering key phases, essential skills, and practical challenges and opportunities across academia and industry. Top takeaways included:

• Closing the research-to-production gap through partnerships and upskilling

Together with Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB) Universitatea Babeş-Bolyai FSEGA we’ve developed RESET — a program designed to help us enhance our mental well-being from three key perspectives: psychological, nutritional, and physical.

The first two sessions have already taken place, and they’ve been truly insightful!
💡 The Burnout session, led by Dr Oana David, helped us understand how to prevent exhaustion and reconnect with our inner resources.
🥗 The Nutrition & Mental Health workshop, guided by Dr. Anca Hancu. MD, PhD, explored the fascinating connection between the microbiome, the brain, and our emotional balance, showing us how what we eat directly impacts how we feel.

Two more sessions are coming next week, and we can’t wait to continue this RESET journey together. 🌱
