About today - in other words, the lazy man triathlon: diving, riding and hiking :). I was planning this for a while but wasn't sure if I'm really up to it. Turns out I was :).

The menu of the day:

Breakfast: one banana with scuba diving, and lots of coffee - un cortado natural, por favor.

Lunch: a bit of riding for appetizer, plus the main course: hiking in Teno. The desert was served by the best of the best - Le Patisser, in Garachico. Un cortado natural mas, por favor.

Dinner: some more riding for the main dish, plus an honest to God dorada a la parilla at the best canarian restaurant in this part of the island: Alfonso's. To spicy it all up, a lazy red sunset, up in Teide, with a very visible La Gomera, for good measure. Una jarra mas, por favor :).

Arepas - my latest crush :). And friends of friends are telling that this The place for such delicacies. I'm not sure, never been to South America - but eating here sure feels like visiting grandma's - with all good vibes :).
