We’re looking for a self-disciplined colleague that wants to pursue a career in digital marketing (SEO)

Any prior experience in SEO is considered a plus.

We’re looking to hire an SEO or someone who’s passionate about digital marketing and is looking to get into SEO.

A year of experience in SEO would be ideal to have, but if that’s not the case and you have the right attitude, we’ll take care of you and set up with a course where you can learn the basics of SEO and we’ll go from there.

Ultimately, we want to make you responsible on a project and there’s always opportunity to grow your way up from there.

So as an SEO on our team, or future-SEO for that matter, you will be responsible for:

- Doing SEO audits for potential clients
- Doing keyword research for assigned clients
- Auditing toxic links and disavowing them
- Building content strategy within the SEO strategy that helps build topic clusters and topical authority as well
- Communicating updates to our clients and you’ll participate in the client meetings as well
- Building briefs for copywriters (we have a template for that)
- Monitoring and reporting results of our SEO efforts
- Working with our dev team to continuously improve technical SEO
- Writing and testing meta titles and descriptions
- Doing competitive analysis on the SEO side

The things we really want from you are:
- To have good critical thinking skills.
- We want you to be able to critique your own strategies and to come up with the best approach as a result
- Be (or become) a self-didactic person.
- While we have an expert to help you at his availability, nothing can beat a person who learns a concept by herself.
- To embrace uncertainty in a creative way.
- We do love people who take things technical. Our dev team’s full of them, but we’ll need you to deal with the ambiguity that comes with SEO.
- Continuously study and learn about SEO. This domain’s always changing.
- Know or learn to use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Semrush
