PhD Skills Lab – ⏳️ Időgazdálkodás a PhD alatt

Kutatás, tanítás, publikálás, határidők, adminisztráció, a doktori képzés során könnyű elveszni a feladatok között. A tegnapi alkalmon dr. Dániel Botond szociológus, egyetemi adjunktus segítségével arról beszélgettünk, hogyan lehet tudatosabban viszonyulni az időnkhöz a PhD alatt.

Az esemény egyik fontos üzenete az volt, hogy az időgazdálkodás nem pusztán szervezési kérdés. Nem csak arról szól, hogyan legyünk hatékonyabbak, hanem arról is, hogyan tudjuk az életünket számunkra értelmesebben, fenntarthatóbban és kevésbé kimerítően élni.
