The proposal arrives fast. The price is competitive. The timeline sounds ambitious but doable. Every concern you raise gets a confident answer. You sign feeling like you made a smart decision.

Six months later, you're having a different kind of conversation.
The frustrating part isn't that the signs weren't there it's that they were there from the beginning, dressed up as green lights.

Most AI rollouts fail before they start. Not because the tech is bad, but because teams skip the hard questions.

Before you automate anything, ask:

Who owns the decision?
What does a wrong output cost you?
Is the real problem the task or the data behind it?

Get those right first, and AI actually works.

We just had dogs in our office. Officially the best Friday we've had in a while. 🐕💛

We welcomed the Dog Assist - Terapie Asistata de Animale team for an interactive session on safe human-animal interaction. Their trainers walked us through how to read a dog's behavior, how to avoid risky situations, and what to actually teach your kids before they approach an unknown dog. And yes, two therapy dogs attended the whole thing. 😍

Dog Assist is a Cluj-Napoca NGO doing genuinely important work: animal-assisted psychological therapy and physiotherapy for children and teens with autism, ADHD, attachment disorders, and developmental delays. Their therapy dogs are not a gimmick. They are a core part of the healing process.
