☀️REAL SUMMER SCHOOL 2025 — what a journey!
REAL stands for Relevant Education for Aspiring Leaders. Though the week has come to an end, the leadership journey of each and every participant (aspiring leader) is just beginning.

Over 6 unforgettable days in Šibenik, we explored:

⚖️ complexity, decision-making & conflict
🧍‍♀️ identity, stereotypes & belonging
💥 trauma, resilience & healing
🗣 public speaking, civic theory & beloved community

We learned what it means to dream with our feet on the ground—and to lead with courage, care, and purpose.
