⭐️ With over a decade of experience, Alexandra has built her journey through some of Cluj’s most respected restaurants, shaped alongside Chef Adi Hădean and further refined within a Michelin-starred kitchen in Spain.

Her approach is both precise and expressive, where technique meets intuition, and every plate tells a story beyond the ingredients themselves, but her story goes beyond the kitchen.

As a trainer within the .hospitality School in Cluj and a graduate of the Global Swiss Learning “Train the Trainer” program, Alexandra brings not only experience, but a true passion for growth, mentorship and evolution.

This is not simply a new role, it’s a new rhythm, fresh energy and a beautiful story already unfolding above the city.
