2023 was an astounding year for us here at Cadran! 🙌 We experienced significant growth, got to know each other much better, and strengthened our bonds.

We cherish our valuable colleagues, and we are super proud of this amazing team of ours. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 and discover the uniqueness of each team member, and we couldn't be happier.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁! 🎉

We got together for a weekend-long teambuilding where we played, socialized, and really got to know each other much better. 🔗 Yes, the photos might look all colorful and cheerful, but there was 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 - and a lot more activities besides the balloons.

Tech people come with methodical thinking, and it was amazing to see how our team found quick and smart solutions to the challenges brought by the games and activities. 🖇️

We are really grateful we got to experience this with our team, and we look forward to future meet-ups like this!
