This weekend, a small Reshape Digital team joined , organized by .rotechstartups and .hub.
The team picked ’s challenge: build an AI-powered festival guide that goes beyond the lineup, surfacing hidden gems, unique experiences, and personalized recommendations for everything the festival has to offer.
48 hours. AI coding tools running hot the entire weekend. The result: a fully-functioning prototype powered by multi source RAG architecture and vector database semantic search. Architected to scale to 100k daily users, with AI inference costs kept low through retrieval-first design.

Our team just got back from Hannover Messe.
In most conversations, one thing kept coming up: companies already have systems that work and the data in place.
