This project is located in the heart of the historical part of Bucharest, capital of Romania. It’s architecture is a bridge way between the buildings that have stood there for centuries and the new ones that are slowly becoming layers of different times and styles. All the overall feeling had to pursue this statement, the actual statement made by the architect.

This hotel in Dubai, is a proposal made by an intelligent facade designer. Each individual panel can produce enough electrical energy to charge household items and the multi-layered glass ensures optimal temperature in real hot climates like Dubai’s.

A single row of individual homes, the Laurimar project stands out by it’s social dimension. This project is to be created in Australia, besides the inhabitants it serves as a regeneration catalyst reviving the lake area and setting an example of nature-living establishments.

When your project has to pass the city hall committee, the most realistic imaging will make the difference between an ” yes” or a “no”. This is a library proposal, where we needed to include the obvious architectural elements of the building itself and those surrounding it as well as the social impact and the influence this future building will have on the existing area.
