mtps is a Romanian music producer currently based in Netherlands. Known for exploring abstract sounds and experimental patterns, mtps crafts forward-thinking minimal music.

Supported by names like Rhadoo, Barac, Raresh, Cap, Priku and others, he steadily leaves his mark in the electronic music scene.

MEET THE ARTIST — NEVER ALONE IN A DARK ROOM

Mario Castro, aka Never Alone In A Dark Room, is a Mexican-born DJ, producer and label owner (Microativ Hub). His project, launched in 2017, explores dark minimal electronic music infused with avant-garde, musique concrète and experimental classical influences.

With releases on numerous international labels - many based in Romania - his sound has gained strong support across the global minimal scene and is regularly played at Sunwaves, the world’s most influential minimal/house festival.
