Urban Logistic and ChopChop are subsidiaries of the XL Group, a start-up from 2019, we are currently growing our team as we are adding more clients to our portfolio every week. So, we need to hire 500 drivers by the end of 2022!

The ideal candidate:
• You have excellent digital skills;
• Be comfortable in making decisions in stresfull situations;
• To have distributive attention over a long period of time;
• Be "customer oriented";
• Have the ability to work with a dynamic and young team, which is constantly evolving.
• Be available for shift work (07: 00-15: 00/15: 00-23: 00);
• Knowledge of English at conversational-intermediate level;
• Have previous experience in one of those areas: dispatching / call center / customer service, to better understand the importance of this role.

Job description
In this role you will:
* Optimize and supervise the delivery process;
* Solve as soon as possible various problems faced by couriers;
* Communicate with the team leader and provide feedback and suggestions;
* Solve various problems encountered by customers in a short time.
