Combridge

I started working at Combridge about five years ago, but five years from now I still see myself working here.

Why? It’s simple: I feel good. I like my job. It’s challenging, but we have results.
The company always grew organically.

Five years ago I sent in my CV, I had an interview and I feel like I’ve been working here all my life.

One thing that everyone remembers about me is a funny story about when we went on a teambuilding.

The bus stopped in Brașov at a gas station to rest. While there, I got a sudden phone call from a client.

I was so concentrated, walking around, trying to solve the issue, that when I looked up, I just saw the bus leaving.

You know, the client always has to be the priority, so I continued the call.
I didn’t panic, because I knew one of my colleagues that had to leave a bit later was also on route by car and could pick me up.
I can imagine how shocked everyone was when they found out they had left me in the middle of nowhere, but these things happen, and it’s something we laugh about now.

Simó Magor seems like someone who besides knowing how to solve all the problems, also knows how to have fun:

Besides our boss's great jokes in the morning, we sometimes have fun playing darts during lunch breaks.

I usually play with someone, I beat them pretty badly and they go back straight to work.

Losing a game to me is the best motivation.
