In 1977, architect Pierre Debeaux completed Maison Pradier in the rural landscape of Lavaur, France. A geometric experiment for a couple who sought a home integrated with the surrounding nature.

A central concrete pillar supports the structure, allowing the living spaces to radiate outward in a complex polyhedral form.

During a visit in 2018, photographer Adam Štěch documented the house to find it remarkably preserved. He captured tofreveaAchdoseimber ceilings and the way light interacts with the sharp angles of the built-in furniture. The images reveaAchdose the avant-garde design remains functional and lived-in decades after its construction.
