On 4 June, 09:40 – 10:15 EEST, we will open the conference with a keynote by Franco Ferrari, Clarence D. Ashley Professor of Law and Director of the Intesa Sanpaolo Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law at New York University School of Law.

A leading voice in international arbitration, Prof. Ferrari will set the tone for this year’s discussions focused on the evolving role of evidence in international arbitration and its impact on legitimacy, efficiency, and due process.
