Yesterday we had an amazing webinar where we explored the essence of readiness, emphasizing that the true value in coaching is not just in the coach’s questions but in the client’s willingness to think deeply, reflect, and act differently.
Clare challenged us to rethink our approach to coaching engagements and our collective responsibility in this process.

ICW 2026 - Day 5 Recap 🤩

As we continue to "INSPIRE, TRANSFORM, THRIVE", Day 5 of International Coaching Week 2026 brought two powerful events.

1. "What Your Brain Knows That You Don't" with Gabriela Pepino
Gabriela Pepino led an incredibly dynamic workshop that captivated approximately 35 active participants. The session was a vibrant exchange of ideas, with lively interactions in both plenary and breakout rooms. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, leaving us with powerful keywords that will resonate: EMOTION, SAFETY, and the ENVIRONMENT that sets the MUSIC of a relationship. A truly engaging experience that highlighted the subtle yet profound influences on our interactions! We're thrilled by the immediate positive feedback and look forward to more detailed insights from the follow-up forms.

2. "Beyond Action: How Coaching Changes the Client's Self-Perception and What Becomes Possible for Them" with Aurelia Drăgoi
Aurelia Drăgoi guided around 20 participants through a fascinating exploration rooted in neuroscience. We delved into how memory is shaped by our state during recall, how perception is influenced by familiarity, and crucially, how our self-story dictates what we believe is possible for us. Aurelia illuminated how these aspects manifest in a client's language, positioning, and sense of meaning within coaching. The session powerfully demonstrated how ICF competencies provide a secure framework for clients to explore these intricate layers with safety, presence, and autonomy.
