Our internal coaching community gathered for a “Meet the coaches session”, a space where conversations moved fast and insights were key. In a format designed for impact, over 200 colleagues showed up curious, open, and ready to explore how they can do better, for themselves and for those around them. At KPMG, we make a conscious choice to invest in coaching by carving out real time for it in our professional lives. Because development doesn’t happen “when we have time”, it happens when we decide it matters.

Our commitment was recently recognized at the Prism Awards organized by the ICF - ROMANIA, placing us among the top 3 companies acknowledged for the consistency and dedication behind our employee development initiatives. Moments like this reflect what excellence looks like for us: not just in what we deliver, but in how we continuously challenge ourselves to grow.

We’re glad to have been part of the 4th edition of Maratonul pentru Educație Antreprenorială (The Marathon for entrepreneurial education), a bold initiative of CONAF - Confederația Națională pentru Antreprenoriat Feminin (The National Confederation for Female Entrepreneurship) that continues to inspire the next generation of young entrepreneurs.

Our colleague, Cristina Spirescu, Associate Director, joined the jury, contributing her perspective and experience in evaluating the business ideas developed by high school students.

Beyond the competition itself, what stands out is the energy, curiosity, and courage of these young participants to explore entrepreneurship early on.

Congratulations to all teams involved and to the organizers for building a space where ideas turn into real learning experiences!

Last week, our colleagues joined United Way for a visit to a center for the elderly in Cosoba village. They spent time listening to life stories, sharing a meal, and enjoying a sunny spring day together in the fresh air.

For those who couldn’t join in person, our colleagues prepared holiday packages — a thoughtful reminder that connection can be shared in many forms. 💛
