In a business environment increasingly shaped by AI, accelerated technological change, and continuous organizational transformation, this week’s ASEBUSS Executive MBA 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 brought forward applied research on some of the most relevant challenges organizations face today.

Many of this year’s projects explored change management and transformation — from redesigning processes and improving ways of working to navigating digital adoption, strengthening organizational capabilities, and aligning people, strategy, and ex*****on.

What stood out across the presentations was the practical depth of the work: real business contexts, rigorous analysis, and a clear focus on how organizations can move from complexity to clarity, from intention to implementation, and from change as an initiative to change as a sustained capability.
