Office Building 6 floor above ground, built on a former car workshop.

The project mission was: “to connect the world, we must connect each other”

This proposed office building design contains both open and private office spaces for different companies, terraces, spaces for commercial rentals at the ground floor and at the 6th floor we have a space suitable either for a smaller office, or a medium sized penthouse.

Due to the opportunity of a large block of land we designed this house with big interior spaces, terraces and courtyards and we have chosen to build an underground parking space for 2 cars in order to keep as much green space as possible.

Acest proiect a fost gandit ca o intersectie a doua volume simple, marcate printr-un contrast in alegerea finisajelor.
