Reluăm cursul de yoga pentru copii.
Practica yoga ii ajuta pe copii să crească puternici din toate punctele de vedere, mai ales emoțional.
Pe langa faptul că învață lucruri noi, copiii se distrează la ora de yoga prin jocuri și exerciții.
Dacă piticul are cel puțin 5 ani îl așteptăm joi.
