🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive
Are you passionate about driving growth in the IT services industry? We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Romania.

In this role, you'll:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
✅ Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.
✅ Represent the company at networking events and client meetings.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to achieve ambitious business goals.

We're looking for someone with:
🔹 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales (IT Outsourcing or IT Products & Services)
🔹 Strong business development and prospecting ("hunting") experience
🔹 Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
🔹 Advanced English proficiency
🔹 A results-driven mindset and passion for building lasting client relationships
