This job is for our client, a company specializing in information technology services and consulting.

By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a Hybrid way.
Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
• Validate the compliance of supplier creations & amendments;
• Enable new vendors in the clients ERP system;
• Execute changes to existing vendor records;
• Make sure vendor bank or contact details are validated before being updated;
• Cooperate with other teams to ensure best possible service for the client;
• Keep stakeholders up to date via tickets & written communication.

Skills that make your work successful:
• You have outstanding written communication skills in English and German;
• You do not leave any detail out and you crave for figuring out solutions;

• You have at least 2 year of professional experience in Procurement/Vendor Data Management and/or Operations;
• You previously worked in a field relating to Procurement;

JOB COMPETENCIES:
