The Admin audits complex leases and enters data from these documents into Excel. This role is responsible for ensuring that correct information is entered and that mistakes are kept to a minimum. Working within assigned timeframes, this position is for a 6-month period and provides candidates with valuable experience in the world’s leading Company in the industry.

Major Goals and Responsibilities

Reviewing lease agreements and entering data into Excel.
Working to deadlines assigned by the Company.
Ensuring errors are kept to a minimum.

Ideal Candidate

Native-level Portuguese/German with B2 English
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Ability to meet deadline
Experience with Microsoft Office

- Prezentarea produselor
- Oferirea informatiilor despre produse si recomandarea acestora in functie de nevoile clientului
-Incasare la casa
- Implicarea in pastrarea si dezvoltarea imaginii firmei
- Receptionarea si etichetarea produselor

Profilul ideal

- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si relationare
- Experienta in domeniu reprezinta un avantaj ( maxim 3 ani), dar nu este obligatorie
- Fire sociabila, aspect ingrijit
- Punctualitate!

Condiții:

Ai experienta in domeniul vanzarilor, ideal pe echipamente tehnice (stivuitoare,poduri, etc.)
Detii abilitatea de a vinde orice fel de produse
Studii superioare terminate (preferabil tehnice)
Cunostinte foarte bune MS Office, utilizare PC,
Permis de conducere categoria B.
Esti o fire increzatoare, motivata , careia ii place sa fie in contact permanent cu colaboratorii
