🌊 Project spotlight | "NOUA Bucătărie Estivală" – Olimp
Some projects are measured not only by square metres, but by the clarity of the experience they create.
For "NOUA Bucătărie Estivală", Brisk Group provided project management, concept and design services for a 600 sqm seaside terrace / cherhana in Olimp, developed around the idea of a seasonal pop-up restaurant.
The challenge was to shape a place that feels natural to the coast, operationally efficient for hospitality, and strong enough in concept to become more than a summer address.

🎓 Future engineers. Real questions. Real projects.
Yesterday, Brisk Group returned to UTCB for a discussion with second-year Civil Engineering students, as part of their practical training programme.
Following our previous meeting with the Engineering and Management in Construction students, Bianca Tîrcă, Head of Cost, joined the Brisk team for this second session.
The students asked sharp and highly relevant questions about what it really means to be a project manager and construction consultant today: how decisions are made, how risks are controlled, how budgets are protected, how disciplines are coordinated, and how young engineers can build a meaningful career beyond the traditional site-based path.
For Brisk, this dialogue matters. The future of construction depends not only on technical knowledge, but also on judgement, coordination, responsibility and the ability to see the full picture of a project.
