RISE Consortium Real Estate Division invites the public to submit any objective observations or suggestions regarding the PUD documentation.

The PUD is required by the Mayor of District 2 of Bucharest in order to be able to develop the residential project on Dogarilor 10 street, District 2 of Bucharest.

RISE Consortium Real Estate Division, by RISE Consortium, signed earlier this year the first Construction Contract. The ex*****on will be carried out exclusively by RISE.
The works are scheduled to begin in early March this year, their duration is estimated at six months.
The project it is about building a 260-sqm single-family home for a private person.
