🎤 Speaker Announcement

We are pleased to announce Mr. Mihnea Constantinescu, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Moldova, as a speaker at the Future of Governance: European Financial Integration & the Strategic Digital Advantage conference.

Mr. Constantinescu brings extensive experience in central banking, monetary policy, and financial market analysis. Prior to his current role, he held research and managerial positions at the National Bank of Ukraine, the Bank of Lithuania, and in the private sector.

He holds a PhD from the University of Zurich and serves as an external lecturer at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Zurich. His research focuses on business cycle analysis, monetary policy, and financial market dynamics, with publications in leading academic and policy journals such as Economic Modelling, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, and the European Journal of Law Reform.

At the conference, he will join Panel I: “The Road to SEPA & EU Integration – Building a Modern Financial Backbone,” where he will share perspectives on financial integration, monetary policy coordination, and the evolving role of central banks in supporting economic resilience.
