𝐂𝐮𝐦 𝐩𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐚̆𝐫𝐢𝐢 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐢 𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐚̆𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐎?

Aceasta a fost una dintre temele centrale ale dezbaterii pe care am organizat-o la Ankara, în marja Summitului NATO. Pornind de la tema centrală – „De la achiziții fragmentate la un hub regional: argumentul regiunii Mării Negre pentru politica NATO privind Punctul unic de acces al industriei (NATO Industry Front Door)” – evenimentul a reunit la aceeași masă oficiali de rang înalt, lideri din industria de apărare și experți în securitate.

Participanții au analizat una dintre cele mai importante oportunități strategice pentru Alianță: dezvoltarea unui cluster regional al industriei de apărare la Marea Neagră, conectat la noua arhitectură de achiziții și cooperare industrială a NATO.

𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭

The second module of the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 took place between June 17–20 in the Neajlov Delta, bringing participants together to explore some of today's most pressing leadership and societal challenges.
Through 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬, the young leaders examined topics such as civic responsibility, ethical leadership, community engagement, and the role of values in navigating an increasingly complex world. These conversations served as 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 — initiatives designed to address real needs in their communities and 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭.
A key milestone of this edition was the first-ever intergenerational working session, which brought together the 2026 cohort and around 20 AYLP Fellows. By 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, participants strengthened their projects and identified new opportunities for civic and social collaboration.
