The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, possesses proven technical leadership experience within a manufacturing environment and has strong skills in project management, 3D CAD tools, alongside professional fluency in both English and Romanian.
