Candidatul ideal

• Absolvent al Facultatii de Constructii Civile sau al Facultatii de Arhitectura
• Cunoasterea si folosirea cu usurinta a pachetului de programe MS Office .
• Cunoasterea limbii germane la nivel avansat.
• Cunostinte de limba engleza - nivel mediu.
• Disponibilitate pentru activitati temporare la santierele societatii .
• Experiență pe partea de analiză a proiectului tehnic pentru a intocmi graficul de resurse necesare
• Experiență pe partea de analiză a proiectului tehnic
• Capacitate pentru activitati specifice de calcul devize, promovare/consiliere clienti / intocmire oferte.
• Abilitati de comunicare avansate.
• Cunoasterea foarte aprofundata a organizarii si a desfasurarii proceselor intr-un santier de la A la Z
• Spirit de echipa si atentie la detalii
Descrierea jobului
• Pozitie de INGINER in cadrul Departamentului Comercial.
• Pregatirea documentelor de calificare in cadrul licitatiilor
• Efectuarea de concepte de reciclare pe santiere in conformitate cu documentatia primita (nu este necesara vizita in santiere)
• Simulari de volume de terasamente sau material rezultat din demolari, decopertari sau alte lucrari din cadrul santierelor
• Intocmirea documentatiei de ofertare - contractare din cadrul departamentului.
• Negocierea ofertelor transmise, si a conditiilor de contractare cu clientii societatii
• Deplasarea in santier pentru efectuarea masuratorilor privind controlul calitatii daca este cazul
• Vor fi invitati la interviu numai candidatii care indeplinesc cel putin 3 din cerinte si sunt vorbitori de limba germana

Dorim sa ne extindem domeniul de activitate prin solutii inovatoare in reciclarea in constructii de ex. in demolari sau constructia de strazi, autostrazi si tunele. Locul de munca presupune cam 15% calatorii in Elvetia.

Hi! We are Extend Studio. We help freelancers, bloggers, entrepreneurs, and startups design websites and launch business ideas that will shape the world.
Extend Studio develops a series of WordPress products, including some very popular WordPress themes and a SaaS WordPress design platform. Our flagship products, Colibri and Extend Themes, are powering over 200k websites worldwide.
We are diversifying our current portfolio of products and moving into e-commerce with a suite of marketing plugins for e-commerce websites. We are currently looking for a Senior Web Software Developer to help us build the foundation of this new line of products.
The largest part of your work will be developing new products/features and maintaining existing ones. You may also be involved in technical support every now and then (resolving cases that are too complex for the support engineers).
We're looking for a full stack developer and we expect about 60% of work to be done on the back-end and 40% on the front-end. The main technologies you will use are PHP and JavaScript (with the ReactJS framework).
Requirements
- know stuff about the web (and like it)
- at least 3 years of programming experience
- very good understanding of OOP and programming algorithms
- solid knowledge of client-side technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- solid knowledge of server-side technologies (PHP or similar)
- good English knowledge is a must
- fast learner (and willing to work hard and learn a lot)
- the ability to deliver results without close supervision
Nice to have
- experience with modern JS frameworks (VueJS, React, etc)
- experience developing WordPress plugins or themes
- ability to get a project/product done from start to finish

Senior eCommerce Project Manager
The role:
We are all online marketing addicts with hundreds of ideas/day, but we don’t have you as an experienced project manager to put everything together and coordinate all of us to accomplish our yearly goals.
This position is 99,99% for the Australian market - so if you want to learn and expand your knowledge, this will be a great opportunity. Duties:
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks.
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Monitor and track the progress of project performance.
- Manage project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Identify, document and manage project risks and issues.
- Daily/weekly calls with the Romanian team to ensure project scope and deadlines are met.
- Team management and KPIs implementation.
- Integrate the team's efforts to make sure they deliver the results we're looking for as well as they align with the brand and business purpose.
- Establish methods and processes to ensure measurements and experimentation can be done in a scalable and repeatable model and assure that the team grows in efficiency as time goes.
Skills:
- good English level (desi vei face parte dintr-o echipa 100% din Romania si toate discutiile directe sunt in Romana).
- solid understanding of how eCommerce platforms work (Shopify is a plus).
- previous experience with Trello (a big plus) or you will have to learn how to use it (should you have already a preferred platform, we are open-minded to any alternatives).
- previous experience with Google Sheets, Shopify, Sh**un, Klaviyo, Upsell apps etc is recommended but not required.
- ability to provide leadership across the entire team (your authority will be required to ensure deliverables are done on time).
- hands-on experience with web analytics.
- domain expertise in UI/UX best practices.
- advanced-level account/project management/technical project management experience.
- strong sense of ownership and hands-on mentality.
- develop and lead new projects to align with global digital transformation and market changes.

NetgridPro has been managing international eCommerce projects for +10 years.
We are currently behind the largest snorkel gear website in Australia and we are looking for an experienced eCommerce Project Manager to help us push 2021 to the next level.
Most team members are based in Bucharest, Romania.
The Romanian office is in Aviatiei, Bucharest - but we have been working fully remote for the past year and we will continue to use a flexible remote environment for the time being. We are open for remote positions (people from all over Romania feel free to apply).
