⏰ 🍁 Clocks go back for us Europeans 🍁 ⏰
To maximise sunlight in the Northern hemisphere, clocks ‘fall’ back in Autumn/Fall 🍂 and ‘spring’ forward in the Spring 🌸. Enjoy that extra hour catching some zees 😴 🛌 having a stroll in the park 🚶‍♀️🌳 or making a scrumptious breakfast 🥞 🍳 in these upcoming mornings. Time to get those healthy winter habits underway! ❄️🧣🫶🏼

🍂 🌙 ‘Twas only 4 sleeps until All Hallows’ Eve,
Myself and the students had a little craft up our sleeve.
Whether Frankenstein 🧟‍♂️ , a black cat 🐈‍⬛ , a pumpkin 🎃 or a ghoul 👻,
We followed these simple instructions,
And found them pretty cool! 🌙 🍂
