If you are searching for authentic music, then you will find an amazing collection of rarities, hits and more in a DJ Kullar selection.
Roots Youths Records has worked with producers like Russ Disciples, Doughie Conscious, Chazbo, Nomadix, King Alpha but also supported the younger generation, collaborating with Ital Mick, Ashanti Selah, Dub Conductor and many more. Their first release came in 2005 and over 70 more followed since then, making Roots Youth Records one of the most important contributors to the roots reggae scene internationally.
💥CRUCIAL ROB [FR] live mix
Multi-instrumentalist musician, sound technician and Reggae lover, Crucial Rob discovered Dub through Sound Systems to which he remains faithful. It is on Sound System particularly that his works best express themselves and his heavy and deep bass lines take on a full meaning.
Nourished by musical universes and cultures from all around the world and willing to make his own sounds, he created the Prophecy Studio. His inspiration comes from a variety of styles and backgrounds, this being one of the reasons he composes many remixes and exclusive tracks.
Rob shapes his music with many real instruments including machines and synths and composes cathartic music, sometimes hypnotic with tribal and steady rhythm.
Following his victory in the ”Serious Time Contest” launched by Akashic Records and King Alpha, he maintains a powerful relationship with Mike B and Fikir Amlak with whom he released ”Middle Pillar”, a 7” polyvinyl engraved by Green King Cuts.
This alchemical relationship has resulted in the production of ”Black Sun”, a 10 track album released in 2022.
