Yesterday was the first day of an internal operational workshop at Alive Capital, bringing together our Power & Gas, Sales and Integrated Services teams.
Together with Adrian Haidet from Compass ERA, who facilitated the session, we analyzed workflows across departments, internal communication flows and cross functional interactions, from Asset Management, Forecasting and PPA Management to generation related activities.
The objective is clear: identifying where ex*****on can become faster, clearer and more efficient.
This type of work may not look spectacular from the outside, but it is essential.
Because optimizing processes is not only about internal efficiency. It is about delivering a better, faster and more reliable experience to our clients.
The workshop continues today with day two.
