Protocols like mask-wearing, hand-sanitizing and social distancing are being accepted as new norms, and tactics for keeping people apart while continuing to conduct business are the order of the day.
There's no question that Covid-19 has changed our world forever. The only question is how do we make sure we function successfully in the new world?
The hospitality industry will have to rethink every aspect of hotel F&B operations, from floor layouts to menu offerings, while also taking environmental impact and corporate culture into account.
