MESAA Suhoor 2026 - Panel Session

“Ramadan Through Various Lenses” was the theme of our panel discussion- a fresh and enriching concept, thoughtfully moderated by seasoned speaker

1. Shaheen Backer represented the entrepreneurship sector (hypermarkets), sharing insights on business dynamics, consumer trends, offers, and retail practices during Ramadan.
2. Amanat Solanki represented the humanitarian sector, highlighting the spirit of sharing, charity, and generosity that defines the holy month.
3. Dr. Sherin Shams represented the medical field, addressing common health concerns during Ramadan and practical solutions for maintaining well-being.
4. Kasthuri Venugopal represented the perspective of a non-Muslim resident in Qatar, sharing her experience of growing up with and embracing Ramadan culture in a Muslim country.

The session received huge applause and appreciation and was truly an enjoyable session.
