We are looking for candidates for the position of Security Operations Manager.

The role is ideally suited to someone who:
- Enjoys being part of a very busy team but can work independently with little supervision.
- Has strong administrative and IT skills, including Excel.
- Enjoys managing security situations, working to keep people safe.
- Is a good communicator and people-person, who takes pride in good service.
- Previous experience of working in a security services environment at management level or other similar management experience is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
- Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
- Review reports on incidents and breaches
- Investigate and resolve issues
- Create reports for management on security status
- Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g., implementation of new technology)

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified Security personnel from professional body
- Strong computer literacy
- Administration skills, including budget management
- Experience with senior-level Security Operations
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Resilient with evidence of being able to work under pressure in emergency situations
- Arabic candidates are preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in security management or working within a diplomatic mission in a management capacity
