This spring has been filled with meaningful conversations, impactful advocacy, and opportunities to connect with incredible leaders and organizations throughout California!

The Lynx team was honored to attend the 2026 CALSHRM Legislative & HR Leadership Summit in Sacramento, where more than 200 HR professionals gathered to exchange ideas, strengthen the future of work, and advocate for the evolving needs of today’s workplaces. One of the most impactful moments was seeing attendees bring the voice of the HR profession directly to Capitol Hill through conversations with legislators and lawmakers about the real-world impact of workplace legislation.

We were also deeply inspired to support YWCA Sonoma County and its mission to provide safety, advocacy, counseling, and hope to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. Gather Sonoma is another event that represents what communities can accomplish when people come together to uplift and support one another.

We hosted SHRM Northern California's Roundtable Discussion with Lorez Bailey who spoke on “Beyond the Buzzwords: Leading Workplace Culture Through Trust, Communication, and Connection” where she reinforced conversations around leadership, workplace culture, communication and belonging.

With every event and conversation, the Lynx team was inspired to connect with so many people seeking authentic leadership, stronger workplace relationships, and cultures where individuals feel valued and respected.

This interactive workplace harassment prevention training is designed specifically for supervisors and people leaders. The session goes beyond meeting legal requirements to equip leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognize, prevent, and appropriately respond to harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace.

Supervisors play a critical role in shaping workplace culture and serving as the first line of response when concerns arise. This training focuses on practical, real-world scenarios to help leaders understand their legal responsibilities, model respectful behavior, and take prompt, effective action when issues occur.
