Did someone say yoga?!?!
Join Amy Richards at 6:00 Monday evening for the Strength class (yoga + HIIT), and 4:30 on Tuesday for a Power Vinyasa Flow. Our physical focus this week will be keeping the knee in line with the second toe, which means it will be LEG DAY! As always, different options will be given for the exercises and you get to choose the pace and intensity level.

Hey Sculpt Yoga, there will be NO CLASS MONDAY (enjoy President's Day)! But join Amy Richards for class on Tuesday at 4:30 for a Vinyasa Flow, where our physical focus will be lengthening our necks. Just message us to get the zoom link!
In the meantime, Henson wanted you to practice his favorite pose: Supported Wheelbarrow Pose. To get into this, start on your couch, cushion, or bed and begin walking your front paws onto the floor. Hold with your front paws directly under your shoulders, and your back legs stretched out behind you on your cushion. Stay as long as you would like as it's a fantastic posture to keep an eye on all of your humans while you get some great lengthening in your back and hips, and feel free to wag your tail to add some movement to this posture 💗

This week we’ll be exploring how yoga props can work to your advantage throughout practice. Please bring 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap if you have them. If not there are certainly reasonable substitutes you can find around the house: thick books, sturdy water bottles, a belt, or a dish towel.
