- Motor Control - understanding Mobility

- Assess, Mobilize, Heal - learn how to assess your mobility through Joesph Pilates fitness test at any age!

- Contrology Progressions - putting it all together to optimize , heal and mobilize the athlete (or regular Joe) for life!
