Bitpanda Technology Solutions (now Enterprise) is the infrastructure and institutional arm of Bitpanda. Banks, fintechs and digital asset platforms across Europe run on the tech they ship. RAKBANK, Raiffeisen, LBBW, among others. Around 30 million end users feel that work, even if they never see the name.

We sit inside their product org as a long-running design partner. Four product surfaces, the brand layer that wraps them, and the system that keeps it all moving at the same cadence. Every sprint, on their board, alongside their team.

We are looking for a mid level UI/UX Designer! 💥
Studio Rana is a creative studio based in Viana do Castelo and Porto, specializing in graphic design services from branding to digital and print design. The studio focuses on delivering clear and effective design solutions, regardless of the scale or scope of the project. Studio Rana is dedicated to exploring the full potential of each project or brief, whether local or global, start-up or established.

🚀 Role Description

We want someone that has expert skills in visual and interaction design and is focused on creating engaging digital products and web experiences.
We need someone who understands flow maps, developing prototypes and wants to collaborate closely with UX, development, and strategy. UX is key to great products.

Job Requirements

We do value experience – 2/3 years would be great, but we never exclude new talent.
Degree in Design or other related subjects – however, this is not an eliminatory factor (explain your background and how it’s relevant for the position).
Strong drive to learn and a team player.
Independence on organizing your own tasks.
Hands-on experience with Figma.
Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Design and collaborate with your team in creating great digital products.
Implement strategies and collaborate on product iterations.
Work with the development team to test and prototype.
Work closely with UX to design great experiences.
