Passing my Advanced exam earlier this week with incredible feedback from was the best Christmas present I could wish for.

I did a thing at the weekend - a 27km trail run! It was my first long distance run and choosing the Gower peninsula was probably not the wisest choice I've ever made due to the hills, but I'm so proud of myself for actually doing it!
I walked up the hills and tried to trot along at a slow pace on the flats. The goal wasn't to break records, it was to complete it.

Couldn't have done it without my husband's help, he literally dragged me up the last hill 😅
