A maior ao ar livre até à data, 40cm x 50cm
sobre o lindo alentejo, em Moura. Perto do horizonte, ao fundo estaria a barragem do Alqueva.
Espero poder continuar a ser abençoado com céus lindos como este, e a poder pintá-los. E que o meu caminho seja feito na graça do senhor do universo, e na companhia do Rei dos reis, meu bom

I realized painting this piece that, if you want to paint light, you don't paint the source of light. (That's just pure white usually) You put yourself on what is being illuminated. That's the challenge, from my point of view.
The shapes and forms being hit with light, but also the atmosphere.
The thing is that, if there is no darkness, then what is anything else other than pure light?

The brush only sees the result of the fight between pure darkness and pure light.

Everything! except 1 thing is in the middle of that fight.

I decided to paint the windmill instead on the next day, taking a step back instead of 2 forward
