Healing Dance is a free and intuitive movement experience, inspired by the principles of ecstatic dance.

It’s a space where each person is invited to connect with their body, release what feels blocked, and express themselves freely through movement. There are no steps to follow and no right or wrong way to move.

The musical journey flows through different rhythms that connect with the body and its chakras, supporting a process where many people experience a deep sense of balance and alignment.

Healing Dance is a moment to reconnect, release, and come back to yourself — through movement.
